We have been speculating for months where Kate Middleton was and today, in the middle of a Friday before Easter, they reveal a video where she explains to us that she has cancer and that she has undergone some treatments.
Those of us who have experienced this disease up close know what this means, we now understand why the Princess did not come out and wanted some privacy. We understand that it is in the hands of the best doctors, and the best care, but diseases of this type do not know about social titles or royal figures.
But really, behind everything, I see that the monarchy is in crisis, the diagnosis of King Charles in January of cancer less than 1 year after he was officially crowned, and now the diagnosis of the future queen, there is no harm in worrying but what will happen to the English monarchy.
What’s next for William? What’s next for Kate? What’s next for Carlos? Will he end up abdicating this whole issue? The outlook for what follows looks complex and we will be attentive to what follows.
Meanwhile, we wish the princess and her family a speedy recovery.
